Matija Cloud provides VPS and game server hosting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Matija Cloud reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Distributing malware or engaging in hacking activities
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
  • Hosting content that promotes hate speech or violence

5. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided to active customers.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our VPS and game server hosting services. In the event of service interruptions, we will provide compensation as outlined in our SLA, which is available upon request.

7. Data Backup

While we perform regular backups of our systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data. Matija Cloud is not liable for any loss of data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Limitation of Liability

Matija Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
